DIY ‘Co-chew’ yogurt

This yogurt recipe contains only four ingredients and four steps. So easy!

  • 2 cans coconut cream
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite plain vegan yogurt
1. Boil cashews in water for 15 minutes
2. Add cashews, water, plain yogurt, and coconut cream to a blender or @vitamix. Blend for one minute until the consistency is smooth.
3. Add your mix to the Instant Pot. Push yogurt button and set the time to 22 hours. Put the lid on the Instant Pot and 22 hours later viola! You have yogurt. 4.
4. If you like flavors, now is the time to blend in raspberries, blueberries, vanilla… Make sure to set aside a little plain yogurt for your next round of yogurt marketing. Put the yogurt in jars and keep in the fridge.
