Dr. Ellerie is now offering telemedicine appointments through the HIPAA approved electronic system CHARM.

1. Schedule a discovery meeting to see if holistic medicine is right for you by calling 503-660-8975
2. Fill out the initial paperwork electronically via a secure portal.
3. Your first appointment. Sit in your cozy chair at home! Appointment length is determined by the time you need, not by what insurance dictates. We’re going to discuss your health goals, concerns, health history, and go through your health head to toe. Initial visits range anywhere from 45-90 minutes. Follow up visits range anywhere from 30-60 minutes. 
4. Video teleconferencing is available. If you would rather just chat over your phone, we can talk that way too. Both are secure and HIPPA compliant so your private information stays private. 
5. Your treatment plan will be sent to you electronically via the secure portal.
6. Treatments are shipped directly to your home.
